How it works

You send the raw stuffBank CSV, Xero export, receipts photos, invoices, dockets — however you currently keep them. Messy is fine; messy is the job.
I send back a finished outputA ready-to-file GST pack, a reconciled ledger, a report or a summary — every figure traceable to a source document, nothing guessed at.
You check it — and you file itReview the summary, then submit any GST return through your own myIR login. You stay the filer of record — I never need your IRD, bank or Xero logins. Your accountant is welcome to rule on anything ambiguous.
Then you payOnly if the numbers matched your records — and on GST packs, only if they landed inside 72 hours. Flat rate, invoice, no subscription traps.

Why trust an AI shop? Because the AI runs on my own hardware here in South Taranaki — your books and receipts never travel through someone's overseas cloud, and nothing of yours trains anyone's model. I prepare, you file through your own myIR login. I never ask for your IRD, bank, or Xero logins. The return is your declaration; you're the filer of record.

Your data stays local

Books and receipts are processed on my hardware here in South Taranaki — not an overseas cloud. Deleted on request, and never published or reused; anything I show publicly is fully anonymised.

Nothing due unless it's right

The test run costs nothing unless the pack lands inside 72 hours and the numbers match your records. Flat rate from $89 per return, invoiced per period, cancel any time.
